[ITU] NEC N6206 - The Total TouchScreen Cell Phone
Sponsored Links
Apparently, NEC thinks that people hate pressing the small button on their phone. And so, that’s why the company came up with a brilliant idea — make a buttonless cell phone. The result can be seen at NEC’s booth at ITU Telecom World 2006 event. The new N6206 (also dubbed as N908) handset ‘forces’ the users to get used to its touchscreen interface, ’cause that’s where all the device functionalities can be controlled, including receive/make phone call, launch music player, turn on/off Bluetooth connectivity, display picture, and much more.
On the specs department, NEC N6206 cell phone features a 2.2-inch 260K colors LCD display, microSD card slot, built-in camera module with separate shutter button, handwriting recognition, email, and scheduler app. You can use the phone for up to 150 minutes of talktime or up to 150 hours of standby time. No words on pricing and availability yet.
