I already plan to buy Sony Ericsson’s K610i (or K618i) cell phone this month, but it seems that the company will soon release K620i phone, the successor of K610i, so I guess I’d better hold back for a moment. At just 17mm thick, the handset will be equipped with a 1.9-inch 262K colors 176×220 LCD display, a 100MB onboard memory, and a cool 3.2-megapixel camera module with video recording capability. From the picture, it supposed to have a secondary camera for 3G purpose as well. Other features include a Memory Stick M2 slot (up to 1GB supported), built-in media player, Bluetooth connectivity, and USB 2.0 support.

No words on pricing and availability yet. I just hope that the price of K620i cell phone won’t be much different than the current price of K618i, or I probably have to skip it and buy the old K618i instead.
