Bushnell has just announced the release of ONIX 400CD navigation system. Apart from the standard 3.5-inch 320×240 colors LCD display, this rugged and waterproof (IPX7 Standard compliance) GPS device boasts the ability to overlay satellite imagery and receive XM / XMWX Weather Data. Users can download aerial and satellite photos from the company website for real world navigation, as well as access live XMWX weather feeds, including animated Doppler radar, severe storm tracking and warning, to get up-to-date weather condition.
Priced at $500, Bushnell ONIX 400CR GPS Navigation is equipped with a MicroSD card slot (64MB card included on the package) and preloaded with maps of the U.S and Canada region. Furthermore, this ergonomic device is powered by the SiRF Star III GPS chipset and also features a screen layering, Safetrack⢠battery conservation mode, and rechargeable Li-Ion battery.
