Mitsubishi plans to release its new LCD projector, XL550U, in Korea market next month. It boasts a 3,100 ANSI brightness and a silent 22db noise level, thanks to the simplified fan structure. Other remarkable feature is the enhanced ventiolation structure of the lamp size which resulted in longer lamp life — 5000 hours in ergonomic mode — and lower maintenance cost. There’s also a Lock function for enhacned security, as well as an easy lamp-replacement mechanism - by simply pulling the replacement part from the side.

Furthermore, the XL550U LCD projector also features a resolution of 1024×768 (XGA), contrast ratio of 400:1., and a LAN cable port that allows network-based remote control and management of the projector.
