HTC Launches P4350 PDA Phone

HTC yesterday announced the launch of HTC P4350 PDA phone which is planned to hit the market of Europe, Middle East, and Africa in early December. Also known as Herald, this GSM cell phone features a large 2.8-inch colors LCD display with touch screen user interface and landscape orientation, a 5-way navigational pad for convenient navigation and web browsing experience, and a variety of connectivity options which include GPRS, EDGE, WiFI, and Bluetooth 2.0. Furthermore, at just 17mm thick, it also comes with a semi-automatic sliding-mechanism full QWERTY keyad.
Built on top Windows Mobile 5.0 platform makes various handy and popular software available on the HTC P4350 PDA Phone. Microsoft Office Mobile, Microsoft Internet Explorer Mobile, and Media Player Mobile to name a few. Means, you can find anything you want on the device, from productivity to entertainment.
As for the engine, the HTC Herald is powered by a 200MHz processor (not sure about the detail), a 128MB of ROM, and a 64MB of RAM. This slim and lightweight mobile device also provides a microSD media card slot for additional storage. Finally, weighs at just 168g (incl. battery), it offers maximum functionality in a compact case.
The HTC P4350 PDA Phone will be launched at the Gulf Information Technology Exhibition (GITEX), which runs from November 18 to November 22, 2006, in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. It will be retailed for AED 2699 (USD 735).
