Seems like Toshiba is very busy tweaking its Portege M500 laptop. After powered up its engine with the new Core 2 Duo processor, now the company offers the White Pearl edition of this 12.1-inch notebook, which is a perfect color theme for the upcoming Christmas. With the price of 1,390,000 (KRW), the machine is configured with an intel Core Duo T2550 (1.73GHz) CPU, a 512MB of DDR2 RAM, a 80GB of SATA HDD, a fingerprint reader module, and an ‘Easy Guard’ system which include a spill-resistant keyboard. Other features include a dual-layer DVD SuperMulti burner, a 5-in-1 media card reader, integrated microphone, and ability to play multimedia files without having to boot onto the OS.
