At just 1.5 pounds, Arima’s UM650UV1 is the lightest UMPC (Ultra-Mobile PC) on the market. It comes with a 6.5-inch TFT LCD display with a resolution of 800×480 (WVGA) and LED backlight, a 512MB of DDR2 RAM, and up to 40GB of hard drive. Powered by VIA ULV C7-M (1.0GHz) CPU and VX700 chipset, this UMPC is also equipped with an integrated VX700 graphics engine, a SD/MMC card slot, WiFi and Bluetooth connectivity, built-in VGA webcam, and an integrated 0.6W mono speakers.

Measures 190 x 120 x 27.9mm and weighs 680g, UM650UV1 UMPC can be used for up to 5 hours before recharged. No words on pricing and availability yet.
