Asus announced the new leather laptops for the holiday season, the 13.3-inch W6 and the pink-colored limited edition of 11.1-inch S6 series. The brown-colored W6 series boasts support for Intel’s Core 2 Duo processor (T5500/T5600/T7200), as well as backward support for Core Duo (T2300/T2400/T2500), a Microsoft Windows XP OS, and a WXGA Color Shine & Crystal Shine LCD display. This laptop is also available in camel color. As for the S6 series notebook, it features an Intel Core Duo (L2300/L2400) processor, a Windows XP OS, and an Intel Centrino Duo Mobile Technology. Apart from pink, this machine comes in camel and brown as well.

Other features include Bluetooth and WiFI connectivity, 5 USB ports, S-video TV-out port and ExpressCard slots. No info on pricing and availibility though.
