Sprint Nextel and Motorola yesterday announced the availability of the Motorola’s i580 cell phone. It is the first rugged handset that is equipped with integrated camera module and meet the military specification 810 F for rain resistance, dust-proof, shock-proof, and also vibration resistance. The i580 is also the first rugged phone with clamshell design that includes Bluetooth wireless connectivity. Sprint itself offers its Nextel Walkie-Talkie capabilities that lets lets users to do either one-on-one, group, or off-network communication instantly with the single button touch.

Motorola i580 cell phone is currently available for $279.99 at at Sprint and Nextel Stores nationwide.
