Toshiba’s new Satellite P105 laptop series sports its 17-inch widrescreen WXGA display and rich of multimedia features. Powered by the next generation of Intel Centrino Mobile Technology and nVidia GeForce Go 7900 GS graphics card with 256MB of GDDR3 RAM, this 3.2kg laptop promised an excellent machine with high perfomance for multimedia users, creative professionals, and gamers. Like most other Satellite series, the P105 is also equipped with instant-on multimedia capability, thanks to the Express Media Player feature. Users will be able to listen to the music or watch the movie instantly without having to boot into the OS. They can also expect a beatiful sound experience with the built-in harman/kardon speakers.

Other features packed on the Vista-ready P105 laptop include a 5-in-1 bridge media adapter, i.LINK IEEE1394 ports, four USB 2.0 ports, DVD burner, up to 2GB of RAM, up to 200GB of SATA HDD, WiFI connectivity, integrated 56K modem, Ethernet LAN, headphone and mcirophone jack, and ExpressCard slot. Price starts from $1,250 for the basic configuration - Core Duo T2050 (1.60GHz) processor, 100GB of SATA HDD, 1GB of RAM, and Intel GMA950.
