The other computers on the promotion list are: the WinBook DN2000C, WinBook DN2000S1, WinBook DN6000, WinBook DN7000, and DS3000-A PC Station. However, unlike most sales promotion from other companies that reduce the price of the products, Sotec keep the price of those computers, but make them more powerful by doubling the memory. For example, this DT5000 PC Station now has 1GB of RAM installed — the orignal version comes with just 512MB of memory.
The DT5000 PC Station features a Windows XP Home Edition operating system, Intel Pentium 4 630 (3GHz) processor with Hyper-Threading technology, 160GB of HDD, Intel 945G Express chipset, DVD SuperMulti drive, Ethernet LAN, USB 2.0 ports, and built-in memory card reader. Measures 190 x 360 x 420 mm and weighs 9.5 kg, this machine is offered for 79,800 Yen. You could also opt-in for a better configuration such as Pentium D processor or nVidia GeForce graphics card, of course with an extra price.
