At the recent Computex Taipei 2006 event, BenQ showcased a very interesting product, the HD-Ready FP241W LCD Monitor. This is the world’s first LCD monitor that comes with a HDMI interface and full 1080p HD support. Combined with advanced HD-ready consumer electronics such as game consoles and HD DVD players, uses would be able to enjoy almost-real video quality. The HDMI interface will provide a super-fast data transfer rate and remove the signal conversion waiting time, thus resulting the best quality video and audio performance.
The 24-inch FP241W LCD Monitor features a 1920×1200 WUXGA high-resolution, a high contrast ratio of 1000:1, flexible screen adjustment with swiveled stand and adjustable height, PIP (Picture-in-Picture) function, integrated USB ports, Advanced Motion Accelerator (AMA) and BenQ’s proprietary Senseye Technology. Additionally, the FP241W can also display two complete A4-size windows side by side, making it easy to view two applications comfortably at the same time.
