LG is going to release its MG220 cell phone in the US market very soon. This tri-band GSM clamshell phone features a VGA camera module, 128×128 internal 65K colors LCD, 96×64 external monochrome LCD, Java support, and WAP browser. I’m sure from the specs you already aware that this compact and stylish phone will aim at middle consumers market and that’s correct. No words about the price though, but the phone will supposedly carry a cheap and affordable price tag as only traditional features will be offered, such as 40-tones polyphonic ringtone, calendar, alarm clock, converter, and quick dial.
Measures 86 x 45 x 21.5 mm and weighs 79 grams, LG’s MG220 cell phone is powered by Lithium-Ion 830 mAh battery. No info about the talk time and standby time duration though. No words about the availability nether.
