A Japan-based company named Kenko Tokina has launched the DVC-306 camcorder, a MPEG-5 video camera that is able to record directly onto the SD card in 640×480 resolution at 20fps. Comes with a 3 megapixel sensor, the camcorder offers a F3.0/35mm lens with 4x digital zoom, 32MB of internal memory with SD card support for up to 2GB of additional storage to keep around 720 minutes of video, and a small 1.5-inch display. Available in three color variants (silver, blue, and red), it is also equipped with USB 2.0 connectivity, TV out jack, integrated microphone for voice and sound recording, and even MP3 player.

Measures 90 x 80 x 37 mm and weighs 137 grams, Kenko Tokina DVC-306 camcorder will be available in Japan for 20,000 Yen or around $175.
