Sharp have just announced the final release date for the 905SH cell phone in Japan. Dubbed a the Aquous during production stage, the cell phone sports a 2.6-inch (240×400) QVGA 262k colors display that can be turned 90 degrees. That way, combined with the terrestial TV tuner, you can watch TV programme comfortly. More good news, you can talk to the phone without having to turn off the TV since the phone supports multi-tasking. Another example is that you can write text message while still watching TV in a PIP-like display.

Measures 49 x 105 x 27 mm and weighs 140 grams, Sharp 905SH cell phone comes with a miniSD card slot for external storage with up to 1GB of capacity supported. You can also record the TV show directly onto the card and watch it later. Available in three colors (black, white, and aqua marine), the battery provides up to 2 hours of TV / video playback or up to 3 hours of talktime. Quite good, compared to other similar devices on the market.
