Here’s a new cell phone from Pantech that sports an iPod-like Touch Wheel, the PG-3600V model. With this sensor, users will be able to easily navigate the phone’s interface with their fingers. It offers an easy-to-use function for tracking songs, a zoom function for capturing images or tracking recorded movies, and moving menu bars.

PG-3600V cell phone features a 1.3 megapixel CMOS camera with video recording (MPEG4) capability, 1.9-inch QCIF 260K colors TFT LCD screen, integrated music player (MP3/AAC/AAC+/WMA), 512MB of internal memory with external memory card slot (not sure what type of card supported) for additional storage, and Bluetooth connectivity. Measures 102.3 x 46.6 x 17.9 mm and weighs 94.1g, this mobile phone has been launched in Hongkong and Taiwan market this week.
