NTIComodo and OpenCast recently presented a portable MP3/MP4 player called NP-950. Dubbed as the Universal MP3 Player, it sports its ability to support wide range of audio and movie formats, including MP3, WMA, WMV, ASF, WAV, and AMV. This portable media player can also display picture (JPEG, BMP, JIF), as well as view text file (TXT) and e-Book. Sound recording is provided through several format and modes, including A-B recording, and there are seven equalizers modes to satisfy your ears - rock, pop, classical, soft, jazz, bazz, and natural.

Measures 91 x 45 x 12.1 mm, NP-950 MP3 player comes with a 1.5-inch CTSN 65K colors LCD screen. It supports Dock Station and incredibly supports networking functions as well. Really. It supports VoIP Telephony, music download, internet DJ broadcast, and even webcam video chat. Wow.

Not sure about the price, but the Universal MP3 Player will be available in two color variants - black and white - and also two capacity variants - 512MB and 1GB.
