AMD recently announced their new processor on the Athlon 64 FX line-up, the FX-60. This dual core processor is supposed to be their fastest one in the market. According to the company, with the incorporated AMD’s most advanced processor technology, the Athlon 64 FX processor line-up features the first Windows-compatible 64-bit PC processor designed specifically for PC enthusiasts. They can now play games with realistic physics - one of the hottest game development technology - as well as lighting and sounds, or create and manipulate digital media seamlessly like a pro.

Athlon FX 64 Dual Core Processor is retailed at US$1,031.
