One more news from Samsung - they will unveil their new 5 megapixel digital camera, the Digimax/Kenox S500 model, at the upcoming CES 2006 in Las Vegas. Measures at only 96.8 x 61.8 x 32.8 mm, this compact camera sports a 2.4-inch LCD screen, 3x optical zoom, and Auto-Macro mode that lets you to take close-up pics if you don’t remember to select the appropriate mode on the camera.

Like many other digital cameras, you will be able to capture video with 640×480 pixel resolution at 30 fps. The good thing is, it has a built-in microphone, so you can record the sound along with the video. Other features include PictBridge compatibility for PC-free printing and USB 2.0 for high-speed transfers between the camera and your desktop.
