The XV6700 PDA Phone is rumored to be available soon in Verizon next month (January 5th, 2006). This wireless advanced device is loaded wtih Microsoft Windows Mobile 5.0, 64MB of RAM, 128MB of Flash memory, and miniSD card slot for additional storage capacity. It comes with a side-out QWERTY keyboard, 1.3 megapixel camera module, 1xRTT EVDO, and both Bluetooth and WiFi support. Other features include a GPS function, M3 hearing aid compatibility, touchscreen display, and video message. The battery provides 200 minutes of usage time and 300 hours of standby time. Measures 5.2 x 2.32 x 0.93 inch and weighs 6.5 oz, it is available for $399.99 with two years contract, or $449.99 with one year contract, or $519.99 without contract.
