Microtek has started shipping its new CX6 XGA DLP Projector. It comes with 2000 lumens brightness that offers crisp, clear imaging for presentations, in any lighting condition. The projector has 2000:1 contrast ratio, 1024×768 native resoltion, DVI for direct digital connection, DVI-to-VGA adapte for auto-sensing analogue PC connection, component video, S-Video and composite video inputs. CX6 also includes automatic de-interlacing, built-in 2:3 film detection and a DLP processor from Texas Instruments.

Available for $999 at Microtek Online Store, the CX6 XGA DLP Projector comes with a remote control that has an integrated laser pointer. This remote control device offers access to a computer or mouse capabilities from anywhere in the room via a USB connection as well.
