HP iPAQ hw6515 Pocket PC, which has been introduced earlier this year in Europe, has finally arrived in US via Cingular Network. This device integrates GSM / GPRS / EDGE technologies and combines with a bunch of features, including a 1.3 megapixel camera, a built-in GPS Navigation chipset and multiple messaging capabilities. It comes with a very handy removable battery, 3-inch (320×24) touchscreen, QWERTY micro-keyboard, SD and MiniSD card reader, and 64MB SDRAM as well as 64MB of Flash ROM built in.
