I haven’t even have a single digital camera, and now there’s already one with a whopping 39 megapixels sensor. It’s called P45 and coming from Phase One. Of course, this might be not my cup of tea since I’m not into photography so much. But if you are, hell, consider this digital camera a lot. It offers a capture rate of 35 frames per minute and write speed of up to 20 MB per second. The result, you’d get over 117MB of file sizes per shot. The company claimed that the result is a sharper and more detailed images than ever before.
The P 45 digital camera also includes Phase One’s revolutionary secure storage system (3S) technology. This technology improves the storage security level by checking the validity on every CF-card inserted in the P-back. This way, the risk of accidentally writing to a damaged storage media is eliminated. In step 2 you can also preserve the image buffer contents, and the remaining images will be stored when the card is reinserted.
Phase One P45 Digital Camera will be available starting from this month. I can’t find information about the price on their website though.
