Signeo has presented their new MP3 player, the SN-M700. This compact media player, measures 34 x 20 x 75mm and weighs 50 grams, supports MP3, WMA, OGG, and WAV, as well as MPEG4 (15fps max). The voice recorder function can record directly from any audio equipment in WMA format or from its own FM tuner in MP3 format. If you want to record your own voice, you can since it comes with an integrated sensitive microphone.

The SN-M700 is available in three storage capacity options: 512MB ($190), 1GB ($230), and 2GB ($275). However, the player has an SD card slot for additional memory. It is equipped with a bright 10-lines (160×128 pixels) 260,000 colors display. This big display is quite handy, especially when reading from a text file (yes, this device also supports text file).

One of the unique feature in this MP3 player is the infrared port. You can use it to control your other electronic devices. For example, television and stereo set. I haven’t seen other players provide this feature yet.
