Momento - Store and Watch Video Inside A Glass Ball
Sponsored Links
Philips Design, probably inspired by Bewitched, has created a glass ball that is able to store and play video. Yes, it sounds like that crystall ball owned by a witch in the book or movie.
Named Momento, this ball is small enough to fit into the palm of your hand. When not used, it can be a nice decoration for your desk. But when someone approached and try to pick it up, Momento will automatically “wake up” and play the movie clip stored inside. Vice versa, to turn it off, you simply put it on the desk and leave it. To watch another clip, you only have to shake the glass ball. Thanks to the built-in sensor, it will detect that movement, dissolve current clip, and play the next one.
From the description, you might have guessed that Momento doesn’t have a controller button. And that’s right. All functions are controlled automatically by either proximity or detected movement. As for storing image, it has a built-in Bluetooth receiver, so you only have to send the movie clips wirelessly from any Bluetooth enabled device.
