Golf is an interesting sport. It’s not just a matter of “the strongest, the winner”, but it also takes lot of courage, concentration, and even luck to score a hole. But one might need a good stamina to play it. Walking around the field in 18 holes, even using golf car, or concentrating on swinging your stick during hot sunny day is not easy. They’ll need some money too, since the Green Fee is not cheap.

Japanese also loves playing golf. It’s usual to see people practive their swing in the small residentials streets. I’ve seen that in the manga (Japanese comic book) too. And that’s why XaviX designed an interesting TV Golf game concept.

As their target is the real golfers, they’ve made the TV game as close as the real life game, so golfers can get (almost) the same experience. If you see from their brochure and their commercials (link below), the game comes with a golf stick and somekind of platform. Users then swing the stick on top of the platform, and they can see the result from the TV. Very interesting.

These games look good and fun. But maybe I’m not going to buy it. I’m afraid I’m getting too excited and accidentally hit my TV with the golf stick or the baseball bat!
