Fujitsu IDB-1394 - High-Speed Connection For Your Car

Fujitsu has developed a chip that conform ot the IDB-1394 norm, with 400Mbps and MPEG2-TS support. This product is Fujitsu’s effort to solve the bottleneck problem in in-car data exchange network. As we already know, cars are now become information hubs (GPS system, navigation system) and offer multimedia solutions (TV, DVD) as well. To bring the maximum result, it would need a good connection speed, without bottlenecks. And that’s where the IDB-1394 chip from Fujitsu will do the job.
