Okay, you know you can unlock your car using your cell phone. But do you know that you can also control your car online using your web browser? Well, at least I just know about this.
This service is offered by Guidepoint. Recently, on their press release, they announced that they have launched a new service that lets drivers track and control their vehicles with a cell phone, BlackBerry, or other Web-enabled wireless device. Using Guidepoint wireless access protocol (WAP) service, subscribers can unlock doors, start the engine, and honk the horn through any web browser, including from PC. Also, the vehicle tracking service can display a map pinpointing the vehicle location, as well as a text readout of the street address where the vehicle is located.
Hmmm, that sounds nice. I surely can use it to show off to babes my friends
