Celluon has introduced its new Bluetooth laser keyboard based on 3D sensor technology to perceive the movements of hands. This device will project an image of keyboard into a (flat) surface. You can then type using this “virtual keyboard”. The camera built into the Bluetooth device will capture your hands movement, try to recognize the keys, and then transfer it into your cell phone (smart phone to be exact) or any other mobile devices.
Celluon’s Bluetooth Laser Keyboard works with Microsoft Windows Mobile 2003, Palm OS 5.X, and Microsoft Windows XP. Currently, it has been exported to Europe market. The company said that it aims to develop a small-size model to be included in a mobile device in the near future.
