Maxtor One-TouchWow, if I can get this one, I won’t probably need another external hard disk drive for the next 5 years. Or maybe I can just stuffed all my DVD collection into this disk and doesn’t have to search the disc again whenever I want to watch my favourite DVD movie.

If you don’t know what I’m talking about, it’s Maxtor new OneTouch III Turbo Edition external hard disk drive. It has a new design that make the drive easily stackable, but I don’t really bother with it. What make me drooled is the 1TB (1000GB) storage capacity!

Other than that, Maxtor One Touch features an improved acoustics, self-adjusting cooling system, configurable as either RAID 0 or RAID 1 (an industry first), and the ability to automatically synchronise files between two or more systems on the same operating platform. As an addition, it supports a triple USB 2.0/FireWire 400/FireWire 800 interface for easy connection to a Mac or PC.

Measures 136 x 65 x 217 mm, Maxtor One Touch III Turbo Edition also comes in smaller capacity option, 600GB.
