Philips introduces their new concept of MP3 player. The Philips Tune In is a portable MP3 player with the ability to “listen” to song played by other Tune In user. It has a radar that seeks out other Tune In devices in your vicinity. When it find another user, it’ll pick up the broadcast from that device and tapi into the tunes stored on it. So you can listen to other Tune In users’ songs.

Not sure about the file sharing laws problem, but I think the idea is quite interesting.
