MacPower & Tytech Technology Co., a Taiwan-based company, has designed the TVisto HDTV Video drive. This device, worth $210, can store all your favorite DVDs on the TVisto hard-drive in ISO format. The DVD movies can be watched in the same quality, and on a 500GB hard-drive you could store about 80 full length DVD movies. The TVisto plays back video with up to 1920×1080 resolution, so that means the picture will still look picture perfect on your HDTV. It’s also a digital DVD server that plays mp3s and WMAs and displays your photos.
