Olympus SP-700 Digital Camera Launched

Olympus has launched their new digital camera, SP-700, that features a 6 megapixel resolution, 3x optical zoom and a 3in LCD display on the back. Another features, “Compare and Shoot”, enable users to check and compare results before re-shooting or adjusting settings if necessary, helping to ensure you will never take a bad photograph again.
The digital camera, comes 11MB internal memory plus a slot for xD-Picture Cards, will also feature 24 scene modes that include an Portrait, Beach, Snow, Night Scene and Underwater, Red-eye Fix, and Macro or Super Macro Mode for shooting from just 1cm away, multi-shot, Label Shot, Calendar function, 2in1 and panorama. Furthermore, SP-700 will be compatible with PictBridge.
The Olympus SP-700 will be available in time for Christmas 2005.
