Skype for Windows 1.4 Released

I didn’t notice it yesterday, but the final version of Skype for Windows v1.4 is alredy released. There are several new features, including Call Forwarding, Personalise Skype and improved call quality.
Skype is a VoIP software that enable telephone conversations via the Internet. Calls to other Skype users are free as well as calls to regular telephone and mobile telephone numbers all over the world are at a low rate. Apart from that, Skype also able to act like a normal instant messenger software, by sending a text message to other Skype users around the world in real time. [ more ]
With the Call Forwarding, you can redirect incoming Skype calls to another Skype Name, mobile or landline number. That means you’ll never miss a call again. Another new feature, the contact list is now accessible through Microsoft Active Accessibility, greatly improving usability in screen readers and other accessibility tools.
