How to Watch Any Video File on PSP

  1. Get 512 MB or 1 GB Memory Stick Duo Pro (Amazon).
  2. Download PSP Video 9 (pspvideo9.com) or ffmpegX (http://homepage.mac.com/major4) if you’re using Mac. Both application are able to convery any .avi, .mov, .mpg, or .wmv file format to play on your PSP. Another alternative are: iPSP (http://ipsp.kaisakura.com) for Mac and PC; and XilisoftDVD to PSP Suite (www.xilisoft.com) for Windows which lets you convert a whole DVD or just selected parts.
  3. Open the program and configure the settings. Set the resolution to 320×240, but choose a setting that uses 15 fps to fit two hours of video on a 512 MB Memory Stick.
  4. Now attach your PSP to your computer with a USB cable or put your Memory Stick in a card reader to transfer your converted file.

    I just go to http://gointernetvideo.com and download all the web videos i want: YouTube, mySpace, Break, metacafe, dailymotion, whatever. it’s so much easier than getting other software. browsing on wi-fi is so nice.
